In a rental office the day starts with a booking, continues with an agreement and ends at the till and the invoice. These steps often live in separate notebooks, spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Vonarent is the cloud car rental software, built and run by Vevona, that brings all of them into one panel.
Modules
Pending, open and closed agreements, cancellations and no-shows in separate lists. Bookings from the website arrive for approval; vehicle swaps, extensions and fuel differences are handled on the agreement.
Maintenance, expense and damage records and documents on the vehicle record. Cars with upcoming inspection, insurance or service show on the dashboard and in a nightly email.
Price lists by date and day range, monthly rental tariffs, exchange rates, coupons and one-way fees between stations.
Receipts and payments by cash, card, bank and virtual POS. Revenue, collections, open receivables and receivable ageing on the dashboard.
Individual and corporate records, rental history and a risk flag that shows as a warning when booking.
e-Invoices and e-archive invoices come straight from the agreement; traffic fines are matched to the right agreement.
