What is Hekim Rehberi?
Hekim Rehberi has two parts. The first is a directory where patients search for doctors by specialty, condition, city and treatment; it lists more than 190,000 doctors from 81 provinces. The second is clinic management software where doctors and clinics handle appointments, patients, protocols, cash and messaging.
Is doctor registration paid?
Doctor registration and profile creation start free. The profile includes your CV, education and experience, services offered, working hours, map, gallery and patient reviews. Paid plans for the clinic management software and current prices are published at hekimrehberi.com.tr.
What does the clinic management software include?
Appointments and online booking with a live calendar, patient records and source tracking, protocols and digital consent forms, service and price management, cash, income and expense tracking, Meta ad measurement, and role-based multi-user and branch management. Automatic reminders, confirmations and information messages for appointments are sent via WhatsApp and SMS. There are also Instagram, Messenger, Google Business Profile and virtual POS integrations, and setup takes minutes.
How does Questions & Answers work?
Patients post their health questions in the Questions & Answers section and can ask anonymously if they prefer. Doctors answer the questions. These answers are for general information and do not replace an examination.
Is there a mobile app for patients?
Not yet. A mobile app for patients is coming soon. For now, doctor search, appointments, the Disease Guide and Questions & Answers are available at hekimrehberi.com.tr.
Is patient data processed in line with KVKK?
Yes. Hekim Rehberi complies with KVKK; patient and doctor data is processed in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. With role-based permissions in the clinic software, each user accesses the information defined for their role.
Is it integrated with the Ministry of Health systems?
No. Hekim Rehberi is a doctor directory and clinic management software; it is not integrated with Ministry of Health systems such as e-Nabız or e-Reçete. Work in those systems continues through their own channels.
