Can you migrate data from my existing ERP (SAP, Logo)?
Yes. We have data migration experience from systems such as SAP, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Nebim, Eta. First, we analyze the data structure of the source system, perform data mapping with the target model, and complete the live migration after trial migrations in the test environment. We apply separate strategies for historical data, open records and master data.
Do you recommend on-premise or cloud?
If your data is highly sensitive, regulated, or you have an existing server infrastructure, we recommend on-premise or private cloud. If you want fast setup, low startup cost and flexible scaling, public cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) is more suitable. Hybrid architecture is also possible — critical data can run locally, user interfaces can run from the cloud.
How many users are supported?
We establish scalable architecture from SME CRM with 10 users to enterprise platforms with thousands of users. We easily serve 10,000+ concurrent users with our horizontally scalable microservice approach, cache layer (Redis) and database partitioning. Capacity warranty with load test included.
Can a custom module be added?
Definitely. All our projects are designed in modular architecture — modules specific to your industry (e.g. manufacturing MES, retail PoS, healthcare patient tracking) are developed on top of the main system. Since our software architecture is compatible with the plugin structure, new modules can be added without disrupting the existing operation.
Is e-invoice and e-ledger integration included?
Yes, GIB integrated e-invoice, e-archive, e-delivery note and e-ledger modules are included in all Business and Enterprise packages. We have ready-made integrations with private integrator companies (Logo, Uygunsoft, Nilvera, Foriba). Legislative processes such as VAT declaration and Ba-Bs form production are also automated.
Do you also provide a mobile application?
Yes. We develop iOS/Android native applications with React Native or Flutter for our corporate software. Offline-first mobile applications such as quotes, orders, stock counting and service forms for field teams; We prepare apps with KPI dashboards and approval flows for managers.
How is security and GDPR/KVKK compliance?
Role-based access (RBAC), two-factor authentication (2FA), TLS 1.3 in all data transfers and AES-256 encryption in the database are standard in all our projects. Data inventory, storage policies, deletion / anonymization flows and audit log infrastructure are established for KVKK requirements. We can work in ISO 27001 compliant processes when necessary.
