Which LLM model are you using?
We choose models according to the nature of the task: Claude Opus or GPT-4o for complex reasoning, GPT-4o-mini, Haiku or Gemini Flash for fast and cheap operations, local models such as Llama / Mistral if data confidentiality is critical. We provide a model comparison report at the beginning of the project and choose the most suitable model according to the cost-performance balance.
Is our data safe? Where is it hiding?
Your data is stored only in the environment reserved for you; The model is sent to the provider with the "do not use for training" flag. OpenAI Enterprise and Anthropic API do not use data for training anyway. For sensitive data, we offer EU hosted Azure OpenAI or fully on-premise Llama solutions. KVKK and GDPR compliant data processing agreements are included.
Can you do local (on-premise) deployment?
Yes. We install open source models such as Llama 3, Mistral, Qwen on your own server or VPC and serve them via Ollama, vLLM or TGI. We recommend this approach for sensitive sectors (healthcare, finance, public) and manage the entire process from GPU capacity planning to monitoring.
Is fine-tuning required?
In most cases no. A good system prompt + few-shot samples + RAG is usually sufficient — faster, cheaper and more flexible. We only recommend fine-tuning when a very specific style, format or domain language is required (e.g. legal writing, specialized industry jargon). We make the decision together in the discovery phase.
How much does API cost per month?
It depends on your token consumption. A typical customer service chatbot costs between $50-500 per month, while a document-heavy solution produces between $200-2000. We create a project-specific cost estimate and reduce the cost by 40-60% with prompt optimization, prompt caching and smart model routing.
How do you prevent hallucinations?
A multi-layered approach: (1) we connect the model to your own verified data with RAG, (2) we add a "tell me you don't know" instruction with the system prompt, (3) we enforce attribution, (4) we install guardrails and content filters, (5) we regularly measure accuracy with eval sets. Human-in-the-loop is also added to critical flows.
Will it integrate with my existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with every system that has a REST API (CRM, ERP, help desk, e-commerce, HR software). We have ready-made connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, SAP, Microsoft 365, Slack and WhatsApp Business API. For old systems, we bridge with n8n or special middleware.
