Vonarent Owner App

A business owner asks the same questions at the end of the day: how much did we collect, how many cars are out, what has expired? We built Patron App so that answering them does not require a computer. The app reads the records in Vonarent and shows the state of the business on six screens.

Screens

• Overview: total collections for the period and the change from the previous one, bookings and agreements, cars ready and idle; today, this week, this month
• Finance: weekly collections, average collection and open agreement value; 7, 30 and 90-day periods
• Cash receipts: collections day by day, split into cash, card, bank transfer and virtual POS
• Operations: open agreements and upcoming bookings, with lira, euro and dollar shown separately
• Alerts: cars whose inspection or insurance has expired or is about to, with the number of days overdue

Audit

• Open agreements are scanned and unusual records are flagged: cars shown as rented without an agreement, agreements closed far below list price, the same car in more than one open agreement, agreements still open after the return date
• Findings are based on records, not attributed to people

Patron App is part of the Vonarent car rental software. It went live on the App Store on 15 October 2026. Company and customer details in the screenshots have been hidden.
