VonaPos is a multi-tenant SaaS platform built to free SMBs from marketplace-commission lock-in and fragmented bank integrations. Virtual POS management, dealer collections, and product sales — all three on a single infrastructure. - Marketplace commission lock-in: Trendyol/Hepsiburada take 10–18% per sale. We built a product-catalog + checkout stack so SMBs can sell on their own domain — marketplace cut goes to zero.
- Fragmented bank integration: Separate API, dashboard, and reporting per bank. 25+ banks unified under a single panel and single API; BIN-based smart routing picks the most favorable bank the moment a card is entered.
- Manual dealer collections: Excel + bank transfer + phone follow-up. Auto-link + WhatsApp/SMS reminder + saved-card combo dropped DSO by 15 days; reconciliation went from a week to an hour.
- Per-transaction leakage: Replacing the 1.5–3.5% per-transaction cut with a flat annual license yields 30–50% TCO savings over 3 years for high-volume merchants.
