Güreler Mobilya is a Turkish furniture manufacturer founded in 1967, operating on a 22,500 m² production floor and exporting to 30+ countries. Hundreds of domestic dealers, international partners, multi-line workshop operations and a portfolio of bank agreements have grown into a sprawling operational network over the decades.
Business problems solved
- Multi-POS chaos: Each bank required its own contract and codebase to determine which card runs which installment plan. A single intelligent routing point eliminated the chaos.
- Workshop efficiency: A single table order could spawn 21 part rows on the master craftsman's screen; with 20+ daily orders the screen became unusable. The new product-based flow collapsed 21 rows into 1.
- Non-dealer customers: A standalone amount-agnostic payment link page was built for customers reached via email/WhatsApp — no third-party service required.
- Inventory–production–accounting gap: Recipe-based material consumption now flows automatically into the Luca accounting system — zero manual entry.
