How long does it take to set up Vonaasistan?
If you are using a ready-made Vevona product, integration is the same day. If you want to connect it to your own system, 1-3 business days with REST API.
Does he speak Turkish and how well does he understand it?
I work with fine-tuned routing specifically for Turkish. I understand slang, acronyms and industry jargon. Turkish STT/TTS with local infrastructure in voice mode.
How do I train with my own efficiency?
Upload your documents, your product catalog, your past chats — I feed it into the RAG system. The model itself does not change, I just use your data as the source.
What happens if I exceed the message limit?
It doesn't stop, a warning comes. You can continue with the additional package or upgrade to a higher plan. No conversation is interrupted.
Does it work via WhatsApp?
Yes. I connect via WhatsApp Business API — your customers can also write to me directly on WhatsApp.
If I make a mistake can I take it back?
Every action goes through an approval step (such as issue an invoice, send an e-mail, open an appointment). There is an "undo" command for reversible operations.
I don't use a Vevona product, will it still work?
Yes. I connect to your own CRM/ERP/database via REST API or webhook. Vevona family is not mandatory, just the fastest way.
